The Maximum Head punching Diameter is 60mm. Tailong has introduced precision multi-station nut machines (8B-41B) from Taiwan, cold forging machines for parts (27-227), and mainly seven-station production equipment with over a hundred high-precision CNC lathes. The company has own mold making workshop that independently develops various non-standard special-shaped parts. The inspection laboratory is equipped with various testing equipment. Every step of the production process from raw materials to finished products is controlled by Tailong itself. Tailong strictly controls product quality, truly controls every step internally, checks the quality of each product Before shipping from factory, and conducts 100% inspection on each product.
